Jon began his career at Accenture, where he rose to Partner during his 13-year tenure, leading strategic consulting and large-scale business transformation initiatives for healthcare clients. He later founded Javic Homes, a custom homebuilding company, where he served as Owner/President for more than 20 years, designing and building over 200 custom homes in the Tampa Bay area. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Stetson University.
